An inert IED has been buried in a surrogate test target. The Go4 system consists of a primary hole-boring charge and a secondary soft lifting charge. When the primary charge is fired, it bores an access hole under the IED, triggers a 3 second delay fuse in the secondary charge and drives it into the borehole under the IED. In the video, after the 3 second delay, you will see the secondary charge fire (white puff of smoke) and eject the IED; that lands just behind the target bay.
